The UK National
Women’s Tournament now in its 20th year is the most
established women’s event in the polo calendar worldwide.
-
The largest
women’s polo event in the world, attracting all levels of
players up to the highest level and representing 27% of the
female polo population.
-
An event which
secures an annual profile, with teams practicing all year
round.
Record entries in 2006 from over 152 women (38 teams) with
ladies from as far as USA and Spain. See our
2007 Programme for an idea of the scale of this
great event.

Previous years
have seen the following entries: 2003 – 64 players,
2004 - 94 players, 2005 - 108 players, 2006 – 140 players,
2007 – 152 players

46% of newcomers
to the world of polo since 2004 were female players ensuring
the National Women’s tournament continues to grow and
attract new players.
